Explore the city centre, or simply relax and soak up the laid-back Top End atmosphere before enjoying dinner at The Last Supper Pizzeria, where you can make use of your included dining voucher.

After dinner, experience Darwin's buzzing nightlife with a cocktail at one of the city's fabulous bars. Whether you choose the hidden speakeasy vibes of Hanky Panky, the sophisticated atmosphere of Charlie's of Darwin, or the lively setting at Flicks, it's the perfect way to toast the beginning of your Top End adventure.

Day 2: Thursday

Rise before the sun and get ready for an unforgettable Top End adventure as you discover why the Northern Territory is regarded as one of Australia's ultimate fishing destinations. Join the experienced crew at Offshore Boats for a world-class fishing charter, where you'll head out onto Darwin Harbour and surrounding waters in search of iconic NT species. Whether you're a seasoned angler or trying your hand at fishing for the first time, the thrill of hooking your own catch in these legendary waters is an experience you'll never forget.

After an action-packed morning on the water, return to shore to freshen up before spending the evening at the iconic Mindil Beach Sunset Markets. Soak up Darwin's vibrant atmosphere as you wander through the bustling market stalls, sample delicious cuisine from around the world, browse unique local arts and souvenirs, and enjoy live entertainment as the sun sets over the Timor Sea.

Caught something worth celebrating? You're welcome to take your catch with you, and several local restaurants partnered with Offshore Boats can transform your fresh fish into a delicious, personalised dinner – a true catch-to-plate Top End experience.

Day 3: Friday

Today is another standout experience and a true highlight of any visit to Darwin – a full-day Litchfield National Park tour with Ethical Adventures. Travel with knowledgeable local guides as you journey through the Top End landscape, stopping in the township of Batchelor and at iconic natural attractions along the way.

Explore the region’s most famous sites, including Florence Falls, Wangi Falls and Tolmer Falls, where you can take in sweeping escarpment views, cool off in crystal-clear swimming holes, and wander through lush monsoon forest surrounds. Along the way, you’ll also see striking termite mounds and hear stories that bring the landscape, wildlife and culture of the area to life.



After a refreshing day in nature, return to Darwin for the evening. If you caught fish on yesterday’s charter, enjoy the option of having it freshly prepared at a local restaurant through Offshore Boats’ catch-to-plate partners. Otherwise, dine at one of Darwin’s popular restaurants such as Noodle House, Moorish or Ella by Minoli (reservations recommended).

Day 4: Saturday

Today is all about exploring Darwin’s vibrant Waterfront Precinct – where the city meets the harbour and relaxed tropical lifestyle blends with adventure, culture and dining.

Start your day with your choice of two incredible harbour experiences. For a high-energy option, the 00Seven Jet Ski Experience gets you out on the water for an adrenaline-filled ride across Darwin Harbour, with sweeping views of the skyline, mangroves and open sea. If you prefer something more relaxed, the Darwin Harbour lunch cruise offers a scenic journey across calm waters with beautiful harbour views and a chance to enjoy fresh local food while you take in the city from a unique perspective.

Spend your afternoon exploring at your own pace. Visit the Larrakia Cultural Centre to learn about the Traditional Owners of the region, their stories and connection to Sea Country, or head to the Royal Flying Doctor Service Tourist Facility to discover the incredible history of remote medicine in the Top End through immersive exhibits and storytelling that bring this iconic Australian service to life.

As evening approaches, the Waterfront is the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy a sunset cocktail at Dock One overlooking the harbour, then settle in for dinner at Chow, known for its fresh Asian-inspired dishes. The wider Stokes Hill Wharf and Waterfront precinct also offers plenty of casual dining and bar options, all set against Darwin’s iconic sunset skies.

As your Top End journey comes to a close, it’s time to check out and begin your travels home, taking with you unforgettable memories of tropical sunsets, vibrant culture, and incredible adventures across Darwin and beyond.
