Suggested Itinerary
Day 1: Friday
Enjoy easy parking at the long term carpark at Darwin International Airport. Kick back and relax on your morning Airnorth flight, indulging in complimentary refreshments in spacious seating and arrive 75 minutes later in Timor-Leste.
You’ll be greeted in Dili once you clear customs by a representative from Manny Timor Tours and from there they will take you to grab breakfast. You'll also have the option of walking up to Cristo Rei (500 steps to the top where you will have a 360 degree view of Dili).
After breakfast, your guide will take you to some key landmarks around Dili including the Tais Market, Santa Cruz Cemetery, Resistance Museum and then head to the D.A.R.E café where you will enjoy a late lunch.
After lunch you will be taken to Hotel Timor where you will check in and freshen up. You can enjoy dinner at the hotel, or we can arrange for a driver to take you to one of the many delicious restaurants in Dili.
Day 2: Saturday
Today is a day of leisure and nothing is planned. However, we can prebook a variety of activities including snorkelling or scuba diving, a half day trip to Luquita where you can enjoy the beach and lunch at Lauhata Beach Retreat.
In the evening, we can arrange to have a driver take you to Timor Plaza where they transform the car park into a local night market - a must visit while in Dili.
Day 3: Sunday
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up and take you on your day tour. Your options are either Balibo Fort, Alieu or Baucau. All options are 2.5 hours away from Dili (each direction) and offer a variety of different experiences.
In the evening we recommend booking in to Pro-Ema, arguably one of the best restaurants in Timor-Leste. Pre-booking is required and a driver will need to be organised.
Day 4: Monday
This morning you will be taken to the airport for your flight home with Airnorth.
